1. Do you have a print catalog?

No, we do not have a print catalog. Our website serves as our online catalog. Visit All Accessories to see our entire product catalog at any given time. Otherwise, click on the following categories to view the accessories available: Jewelry Sets, Fashion Necklaces, Bangle Bracelets, Fashion Earrings and Headbands. Our entire online catalog is available at wholesale prices.

2. Can you send me a list of wholesale prices for all your fashion jewelry?

Yes, fill out the form below and we will send you all necessary information.

You can get a good understanding of the average wholesale prices for particular product categories by visiting our Wholesale Prices page.

3. Do I need a business license to buy wholesale fashion jewelry?

No, you do not need a business license, but if you want to make a tax exempt purchase, we need a copy of your sellers permit. Our prices are wholesale to any individual or business.

4. Are the prices on your website wholesale?

No, the prices on the website are our retail prices. You can view examples of wholesale prices here - Wholesale Prices.

5. Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes, there is an initial purchase requirement of $200. For every order thereafter, there is a $100 minimum.

6. I am starting my own boutique but I don't have a license right now. Can I place a wholesale order?

Yes, you can. You don't need a business license or have a business in order to place a wholesale order.

7. I live outside the United States, can I place an order and make a payment through PayPal?

Yes, all International orders are paid through PayPal. You can use all major credit cards through PayPal as well.

8. Do you charge sales tax?

No, we only charge sales tax to California residents. California residents and businesses must have a valid Federal Tax ID # or reseller's permit. We will request this information during the order process and ensure that sales is not charged to your wholesale order.

9. Do I need to register before placing a wholesale order?

No, registering is only for Retail customers. In order to open place a wholesale order, please send us a note at the bottom of this page.

10. I am from England and I need to carry your accessories in my store. How much do you charge for International shipping?

We ship our jewelry internationally and only charge the exact shipping cost we pay. We do not make money on shipping. The final shipping cost will be including in your invoice before your payment is made.

11. I need my wholesale order sent overnight. How much will will it cost?

It depends on the weight of your order. We will determine the overnight shipping cost and inform you of the price before your payment is made.

12. If I am not satisfied with a piece of jewelry in more order, can I return it?

Yes, you may return accessories within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. It's easy, fill out this form - Click Here and return the products. Please take care in re-packing the jewelry before sending. Unless notified in your return sheet of damaged accessories, we are not responsible for broken or lost accessories through the mail.

13. What exactly is your return policy?

All wholesale jewelry purchased from Tano Jewelry includes a 100% Satisfaction and 30 Day Exchange or Store Credit Guarantee. The products you are returning must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase or 37 days for foreign orders. If a piece of jewelry is recieved by you and is damaged, you must note this on your return/exchange form. We are not responsible for broken or lost accessories through the mail.

Important note: All returned accessories must be in their original condition. We will issue a credit or send the items for exchange within 15 days of recieving the returned accessories. We do not credit postage for returns. Shipping charges are not refundable.

14. Your wholesale plan sound great and I want to place an order now.

15. Can I order over the phone?

Yes, you can order over the phone. Call 310 281-6267, which is our message center. Leave a message, your number and the best time for a callback. We will call back at you specified time and take your order over the phone.
