- The customer must provide a verifiable address. If the order is placed before 9:00pm, USPS Next Day orders will be processed and shipped the following day of the order. Guaranteed.
- Rates and times to Hawaii and Alaska can be higher. Rates are
higher on orders over 2 pounds. Rates are higher for Saturday delivery.

Shipping Policies and Rules
Please expect a 24-hour order processing period on all orders except USPS Next Day.
If an order is on back-order and is part of a larger order, we will ship the other items in the order immediately. Once the item on back-order is in stock, you will be notified and we will ship the back-order item Parcel Post at no extra charge.
If your order consists of all back-order items, we will notify you and work out a plan of action.
Free Parcel Post Shipping applies to all orders over $40.00 before tax and after all coupons and discounts are applied.
If you will be unavailable to sign for your order, please notify the mail carrier of any special instructions.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale order shipping costs are based on the weight and size of the order. The final shipping cost will be included in your final invoice. Should you receive free shipping as a courtesy of Tano Jewelry and return merchandise, we will charge you the shipping cost.
Tano Jewelry ships all Wholesale Orders USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs within the United States range from $9.30-$14.00. International wholesale order shipping costs range from $25-$50 depending on the destination, size and weight of the order.
International Orders
Currently, International orders can only be placed through a customer order form over email. Download the International Order Form to your computer, complete the form and email to customerservice[at]tanojewelry.com.
Canadien orders can be paid by credit card or PayPal. All other International orders must be paid through PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and provides us with Fraud Protection.
Notes:
All International orders must be $30 or more.
Free Shipping does not apply to International Orders.
Customer pays for shipping insurance on all International orders.

USPS First Class - 0 to 13 Ounces: $8.00
USPS Parcel Post - 13 Ounces to 2 Pounds: $10.00-$15.00 (depends on location)
USPS Priority - 0 to 15 Ounces: $16.50
USPS Priority - 15 Ounces - Greater: We will communicate this rate to you.
**Shipping Insurance ($1.50-$3.00) will be charged to all International Shipments.

USPS Global Priority - Based on destination and weight. We will communicate this rate to you.
